Iron Law of Execution
They call it a law, though no parliament passed it. Iron Law of Execution is a law of behaviour, and it enforces itself.
The law describes what people actually do, not what they say they do. Watch any office, any market, any household for a month, and you will see it operating like a ceiling fan — unnoticed, constant, moving the air for everyone.
Consider the wedding caterer. Fifty dishes, three hundred guests, one small kitchen. He does not motivate his crew with speeches; he sequences the work so that nobody is ever waiting on anybody.
An organisation is only a group of people who have agreed, for now, to pull in roughly the same direction. Keep the name. Use the pause it gives you. That is the entire homework.
